Almost Camouflaged Deer ART Couture Mini MAXIMALISM

$546.00

Two 1950s ceramic deer figurines are re-assembled in a study of forest floor… even the 4 ¾” wide cuff is of a matte gold tone of openwork that reminds me of fall sticks and leaves.  There are blush pink earrings that echo the pink inside their ears; a bangle and hoops suggest vines.

There are a bunch of acorn caps from an Atlanta Georgia tree – some I have replaced the nut shells with faux pearls and other earth tone beads.  It does have a clear marble, but you will have to search for it!  Look for a heart, lots of leaves, and of course, something that dangles.

Construction consideration:  I have applied four Lucite moonglow leaves to the base in strategic places to keep the piece from tipping over because most of the weight is in the top third – makes it easier to display as décor.

It is wearable over a sleeve so there is more friction to support its position.  Perhaps a special event around preserving natural habitats?  Fall wedding?  Mountain estate ornamentation.
