Vintage 40s HOBE Sterling Spray Bouquet Pin
$266.00
This HOBE Sterling bouquet pin is in amazing condition. The construction screams HOBE from the curled tips of the leaves, and bezel set colored jewel like rhinestones, be-ribboning of the spray and the petals of each bud. Only the stems are not gold washed.
“Jewels of Legendary Splendor”
William Hobé was the son of a master goldsmith, and it’s fair to say like father, like son. Becoming a master jeweler himself, William opened his own company “Hobé Cie” in New York to produce costume jewelry of exquisite quality known not only by retail businesses serving public fashion – to Hollywood theater and movie production.
His creations made of Sterling, were primarily produced during the 1930s through the 1950s and are highly collectible.

There is some tarnish, but I will leave that for the new owner because some like it bright, some like the patina of age. It measures 3 ¾” x 2”; it is marked only that it is 1/20 14 Kt, but as collector friends of mine says, “It is what it is!” (Hobe); mildly tarnished from storage and is in excellent vintage condition.
Weighs: 34.6 grams
It comes from the collection of a long-time vintage costume jewelry enthusiast. Will look equally wonderful on man or woman and meet the standards of the most discerning collector.
