Exotic Patterned Painted Egg Art Cuff

This piece is relatively light weight, because the egg is hollow; it is painted in a complex pattern in a somewhat middle eastern/India style and then lacquered lightly for a bit of shine and durability. The color scheme is a brownish red, aqua green, orange yellow, hot pink, and white.
The big flowers are painted plastic and were once linked as a bracelet. There is a cateye marble, and the item that provides movement is not a dangle, but a carved plastic leaf mounted as a hinge.
Look for vintage Lucite buttons studded with pink rhinestones, a couple golden sequin & faux pearl pieces that used to be garment appliques; two hearts, faux pearls, brown plastic discs (former earrings) with bright pink flowers, and a shamrock pin (amber stones.)
Built on a 2 ½” brass cuff, but is 3 ¼” wide at its center because of the twisted bangle platform; and the egg construction rises 2” making the overall sitting height of 3 ½”.

A word about my quality control: nearly everything I create has been dropped a number of times by the time it is finished! Sometimes, it bounces on carpet from a height, sometimes several feet to a ceramic tile floor! As you might imagine, dropping, or wearing them, really tests the integrity of its construction. If something breaks, I fix it, so you can be confident that it will stand up to gentle wearing. You CAN wear them to a garden party, but not gardening – you CAN wear them to a baseball game, but not to play baseball. You get the picture! And, of course, it looks lovely just on display.
