Nothing but SPECTACULAR describes this piece in one word!
A more detailed description: the small plate was part of a cup & saucer (sister piece, a cuff, made of the cup) from the 1950s is the focal point and rather unusual in its color, flanked by a silken domed rosette above and a matching huge tassel below (a curtain tie-back originally) with accents of faux pearls, peewee marble, old gray moonglow Lucite earrings, framed rounded squares of etched glass; hanging from four strands of silvery glass beads.

It measures 5 ½” x a whopping 10” – if worn as a necklace, it adjusts in length from 21 ½” to 23” with a lobster claw & chain clasp.
If used as wall décor, it is 6” x 20” – while it could be framed shadow-box-style, if hung openly, it can easily be worn for a special event as couture.
In addition to the 50+ other components, it is accented with white gold micro glass paste.
