I originally designed this Dragon Eye Art Necklace for a recent Renaissance Faire. Attendees included dragon slaying knights, damsels, wizards, sorceresses, etc. I went to the fair wanting to have creations that would fit the theme yet be cool enough to wear anytime!
The center piece is 4” x 2 ½” with black silk cords that allow for adjustment for different necklines – tied in a bow, it looks great as a wall hanging, too.
I've liked dragons from my childhood days of fairy tales to the visual feasts on the big screen. And of course the fantastical special effects of today! However, it is simply because they are a whimsical creation to me. Here are a couple others similar to this dragon eye art necklace:

Something to notice:
I use tiny glass beads to make a caviar paste to hide any glue, unsightly findings, and in general enhance and strengthen the piece. It is something that takes extra time, and materials, but is the difference between looking ordinary or beautiful…
